MISSION STATEMENT

F R I E N D S o f E A R T H P E O P L E recognizes the energetic connection of all people (2& 4-legged, star, stone, standing(trees), finned and winged)to the Universe, and that each individual contributes to the whole in a significant and positive manner.

F R I E N D S o f E A R T H P E O P L E has been formed to facilitate access to experience and wisdom so that the two-legged people may regain an understanding their connection to the whole.

F R I E N D S o f E A R T H P E O P L E recognizes many avenues to this understanding but recognizes the Native American ancient wisdom and core teachings as a principle avenue for two-leggeds embracing the American Mind-a state of mind based on the going forward from tradition into balance through the tenets of democracy, community, individual rights and freedom of the human spirit.

AS AN EDUCATIONAL ENTITY

To further the dissemination of the vision contained in the mission statement.
*By sponsoring Native American visionary leaders in their work of sharing ancient knowledge.
*By sponsoring anyone who contributes to the actualization of this vision in whatever endeavor is deemed appropriate.
*By sponsoring events, lectures, videotaping and workshops that will broaden the availability of this knowledge to the general public.

AS A FOUNDATION
*To create a network of people who in some way share the vision and who want to participate in its furtherance.
*Further our educational goals as well as build and maintain a stone people(sweat lodge).
